Smiling as tears roll down her face
Happiness, though shallow, she enjoys For a moment she feels serenity A luxury, she’s been wanting So elusive, a rare opportunity. Drowning to the various sounds of chirping birds, of howling wind of children giggling, playing wildly beneath the blue sky, over the green. In a while, Eden will be over As reality sets in A moment bliss, like fleeting breeze Fades in a click, gone with the wind.
